Live Nation has just announced that American rocker Jack White will play Vancouver's Rogers Arena on August 12.

Famous for his work with the White Stripes, White will be performing tunes from his new solo album, Boarding House Reach, which is scheduled for release on March 23.

Tickets for the Vancouver show go on sale January 26 at 10 am at Live Nation.
