Timbre Concerts has just announced that Breakout Festival will take place at the PNE Amphitheatre on June 9 and 10.

The event is Vancouver's first all hip-hop and R&B outdoor music festival. The all-ages festival is set to feature major international headlining acts alongside some of Vancouver's rising talent.

Other highlights include access to Playland, a VIP section, a food-truck area, bars, an alcohol-free zone, and a merchandise area.

Lineup and ticket information will be announced at 12 pm (noon) on Monday, February 5.
