The B.C. band Hedley is back in the news this week for all the wrong reasons.

The group has already come under fire on social media for alleged sexual misconduct, which led it to be dropped by its manager and major Canadian radio networks.

Today, Hedley said it's withdrawing itself from consideration for three Juno Awards.

It's been nominated as Group of the Year, Fan Choice of the Year, and Pop Album of the Year for Cageless.

Hedley will continue its Cageless Tour, which winds up in Windsor on March 11.

When the allegations first surfaced on social media, Hedley was removed from the lineup for the 2018 Juno Awards, which will take place in Vancouver next month.
