Some of the biggest buzz coming out of last night's Juno awards was generated by Lights.

The previous night, she won the Pop Album of Year Award at a gala dinner at the Vancouver Convention Centre.

But it was her performance of "Giants" at Rogers Arena that really has the country taking notice.

Lights was born as Valerie Anne Poxleitner in Timmins, Ontario, and now lives in Mission, B.C.
