Matthew Good once released a compilation called In a Coma, but fortunately that title hasn't proven prophetic. On the other hand, the Vancouver rocker also put out a record called Hospital Music, and that's a title that's hitting home right about now.

Good, who is currently on a co-headlining tour with Our Lady Peace, collapsed on-stage in Edmonton on Tuesday night. As it turns out, the veteran singer-songwriter has pneumonia. According to a statement posted to his website, Good "continues to recover in Edmonton hospital and under the advisement of doctors, he will unfortunately not be able to perform at Thursday night’s Prince George show in the CN Centre".

Our Lady Peace will go on as planned, but Prince George concertgoers who bought their tickets hoping to see Good have been offered refunds.

After tonight's concert, there are two remaining dates on the OLP/Matthew Good tour—at Kelowna's Prospera Place on Friday and at Abbotsford Centre on Saturday. According to the statement on his website, Good remains hopeful he will be able to play those shows.
