Organizers have announced that single-day passes for this year’s innagural SKOOKUM Festival in Stanley Park will go on sale this Friday (April 20) at 10 a.m.

Produced by BRANDLIVE, the three-day festival (September 7-9) will bring headliners the Arkells, Florence + the Machine, and the Killers to Vancouver. Performers on the deep undercard include St. Vincent, Father John Misty, Chromeo, Dear Rouge, Metric, the War on Drugs, and Blue Rodeo.

Over 50 international and local acts have been booked for SKOOKUM, which will run four stages. Also on offer will be art installations, pop-up performers, and food and drink from the city’s top craft breweries, distilleries, and restaurants.

Those looking for single-day passes are advised to act quickly. In a news release, SKOOKUM festival director Paul Runnals said, “When we first conceived of SKOOKUM, it was based on a belief that this is the kind of curated experience that music lovers of all ages have been waiting for. The response to date has been overwhelming, with Tier-1 general passes and Tier-1 VIP passes selling out in a matter of minutes, and ticket sales overall have surpassed expectations, both in the Vancouver market and throughout the entire Pacific Northwest region.”
