Donald Trump and Kanye West have just given you one more "very cool" reason to completely give up

Every feel like just giving up?

Sure you do. And trust us, more days than not, we can relate.

On the odd chance you're somehow still hanging on to the idiotic notion that the stars will one day align and the good guys will finally win, here's yet another reason to say "Fuck it all".

In recent weeks, Kanye West—who's remerged as Twitter's favourite and completely insatiable media whore—has been vocal about loving Donald Trump.

On that front, he's not alone, with high-profile admirers of President Orange Julius including Roseanne Barr, Ted Nugent, and, the immortal Scott Baio. In another words, some of America's finest.

The problem with Kanye West is that he's supposed to be cool. But horrifyingly, the video for "Famous" isn't the only indicater part-time shoe salesman would happily crawl into bed with the man Jon Stewart dubbed Fuckface Von Clownstick.

The morning Kanye defended his admiration for Trump with a Tweet in which he stated that he's not listening to the legions of fans unhappy with his boosterism. That tweet included "we have the right to independent thought".

By independent thought, he evidently means that his "brother" has every right to act like a racist and sexist despot—not to mentions alleged serial philanderer—who sees the world as something to be grabbed by the pussy.

In a sign that nothing is right with the universe anymore, the dragon-energy admiration is mutual.

The Mango Mussolini promptly responded with a tweet of his own.

Feel free to give up now if you haven't already done so because, clearly, none of this is going to get better.

And before you go disputing that, look what old Yeezy tweeted about two hours after this story first broke. The big question is whether he'll have the 'nards to wear it out in public. If you're going to talk it man, then goddamn walk it.
