The first day of spring 2020 promises to be a riotous one in Vancouver.

That's because Timbre Concerts has just announced that Pussy Riot--the feminist protest punk band from Russia--will play the Fortune Sound Club on March 19.

Vladimir Putin is not impressed.

Tickets for the show go on sale to the general public this Friday (December 6) at 10 a.m. and are priced at $26 (plus service charges). According to a press release, "$1 from every ticket sold will go to support Action Canada for Sexual Health and Rights and their work advancing and upholding sexual and reproductive health and rights in Canada and worldwide."
