Herb Alpert fans have some good news today.
The famed American jazz-pop trumpeter and composer will perform with his wife, Grammy-winning vocalist Lani Hall, at the Chan Centre's Chan Shun Concert Hall on September 12.
The show was originally scheduled for April 9, but cancelled due to COVID-19.
Along with their band--composed of drummer Michael Shapiro, bassist Hussain Jiffry, and pianist Bill Cantos--Alpert and Hall will perform an eclectic set, covering classics from their Tijuana Brass and Brasil ’66 days to Cole Porter, the Beatles, and improvisational jazz tunes.
Tickets are on sale now and you can find them here.
