The Seattle-based EDM duo ODESZA has previously entertained Vancouver fans at Venue in 2014 and at two shows at the Commodore Ballroom in 2015.

This weekend, they played two shows at the PNE Forum, demonstrating their growing appeal, which is getting a high-voltage jolt from their famously dazzling light shows.

Harrison Mills, a.k.a. Catacombkid, and Clayton Knight, a.k.a. Beaches Beaches, formed ODESZA in 2012 before graduating from Western Washington University. The campus is a quick drive down the road from Vancouver in Bellingham.

They made a mark with their debut album, Summer's Gone, and their sophomore full-length studio LP, In Return, was released in 2014.

In between, there was the critically acclaimed EP, My Friends Never Die, which featured songs that they played live.

ODESZA is currently touring to support its third studio album, A Moment Apart.

For those who might confused by their name, it actually comes from a sunken ship, the Odessa, that was owned by Mills's uncle.

But because another band uses that anglicized spelling of the Ukrainian seaport on the Black Sea, Mills and Knight decided to call themselves ODESZA.

Below, you can see some images from last night's show in Vancouver.
