The phrase “good things come in threes” has never been truer.

Rock supergroup boygenius—composed of Phoebe Bridgers, Lucy Dacus, and Julien Baker—announced upcoming tour dates on Tuesday morning, and a stop in Vancouver lands in the middle of their continent-spanning summer.

The show will be held at the PNE Amphitheatre on July 28. Accompanying the trio to our particular neck of the woods will be Carly Rae Jepson and Illuminati Hotties, while Broken Social Scene, Bartees Strange, and Claud will round out the rotating list of openers for other cities.

Presale tickets start tomorrow at 10am with code NOTSTRONG, and TicketLeader currently pegs the price at between $60 and $90.

boygenius will be touring to back their debut album The Record, which is set to release on March 31. The album has already seen rave reviews and has four pre-released songs available for listening; “Not Strong Enough,” Emily I’m Sorry,” “True Blue,” and “$20.” The Record follows a six song EP released by the group back in 2018.

The trio will be hitting one other Canadian city on the tour, landing at Toronto’s Budweiser Stage on June 21.

boygenius will perform at Vancouver's PNE Amphitheatre on Friday, July 28. Tickets will become available online on Wednesday, March 29 at 10 for a presale with the code NOTSTRONG, and to the general public at noon.
