Richmond's Gateway Theatre has announced three outdoor shows as part of its Songs of Summer concert series.
The series kicks off with the folk-pop stylings of Amanda Sum on July 10, followed by Tiana Jung and Jason Sakaki performing popular musical-theatre numbers on August 14.
The Songs of Summer concludes with the contemporary funk and soul of Krystle Dos Santos and Steffanie Davis on September 11.
“It’s an opportunity to reconnect,” says director of artistic programs Barbara Tomasic in a press release, “to gather, unwind, and celebrate the joy of live performance. We’ve been waiting for this chance to reunite with our community in person.”
All concerts take place at 7 pm at the Gateway Theatre Grove, an open patch of grass just in front of the theatre.
Tickets are $20 per show and you can find them here.
