Three straight nights of epic power metal? Don’t mind if we do.

Hyperspace Metal Fest is coming back to Vancouver again following its post-COVID return in 2022, and it’s bringing with it some of the heavy hitters of the metal scene throughout Canada and the USA.

Headliners include California melodic death metal warriors Exmortus, Edmonton’s own Striker, and Lords of the Trident.

“We’re excited to have our 2023 lineup complete,” says festival organizer Joey Hockin in a release.

“This fourth year of the fest is going to be another great gathering of metal’s best and upcoming power and prog-influenced bands. We look forward to seeing everyone making the trek to Vancouver this April.”

A few Vancouver locals have found their way onto the lineup as well, like the epic metal melodic death metal band Atavistia and the one-man instrumentalist Zack Brannon.
