The Rickshaw Theatre--one of the busiest concert venues in Vancouver before the pandemic hit--will host a livestream concert on November 27.

 

Performing will be the Corps, a Vancouver-based punk-rock quartet composed of guitarist-vocalist Dan Garrison, guitarist Andrew Pederson, bassist Ronnie Ellis, and drummer Dan Stenning.

 

This online event starts at 6 pm and is free to watch, but organizers are asking for donations. All proceeds will support the B.C. music community, with 30% going to Music Heals, 30% to the Unison Benevolent Fund, and 40% to the SoundON Resiliency Fund.

 

"These programs will help produce more events and provide direct funding to presenters, artists, engineers, production, and venues," reads the information on the event's Facebook page.
