The Rolling Stones announce 40th anniversary deluxe editions of Tattoo You, the one with Keef singing "Little T&A"
The Rolling Stones announced today that the legendary band is releasing expanded, 40th anniversary editions of its 1981 album Tattoo You, via Universal Music/Universal Music Canada on October 22.
As you may recall, that album featured such classic ditties as "Hang Fire", "Neigbours", "Start Me Up", and "Waiting On a Friend".
And who can forget the Keith Richards-sung ode to groupies, "Little T&A".
The sweetest items among the Tattoo You reissues is the "super deluxe" box set, which includes five 180-gram heavyweight vinyl discs, and features the original tracks remastered, "Lost and Found" (nine previously unreleased tracks), "Still Life" (a live recording from Wembley Stadium in 1982), a 124-page book, and lenticular artwork.
