A real-estate listing for a two-bedroom, three-bathroom townhouse in Vancouver is attracting more attention than others of its type.

That's because, according to a Vancouver Sun story, the 1,354-square-foot unit has been home to Vancouver Canucks star centre Bo Horvat.

The Boathouse Mews residence near False Creek is listed at $1,898,000 and includes a private garage. It's marketed as being close to restaurants, Urban Fare, the seawall, and a Canada Line station.

"Walk everywhere, even to a hockey game," says the listing crafted by Matt Pozer Real Estate Group.

Horvat, 22, signed a six-year deal with the Canucks last year for $5.5-million per annum, so he's not likely to be moving far out of Vancouver.

This year, he's scored 12 goals and posted 13 assists despite a serious ankle and foot injury that kept him out of the lineup for most of December and January.

Horvat has also demonstrated his commitment to equality on his Instagram account, which has endeared him to Vancouver's LGBT community.
