Video: Woman rescues dog that falls through the ice at Trout Lake in East Vancouver

The cofounder of the Great Climate Race, Ben West, was going for a stroll with his dog today at Trout Lake when he saw something incredible occur.
Another dog ran onto the ice far out onto the lake before it cracked.
When the pooch fell into the water, people started calling her name, Tessa.
At that point, an unidentified woman rushed out to rescue the animal, breaking the ice with her hands.
West took video footage with his cellphone, which you can see below.
According to West, she wasn't even the owner of the dog.
Both the animal and woman are fine.
