Nobody injured in downtown Vancouver highrise fire

This afternoon, something went terribly wrong on the 28th floor at 1188 Howe Street in Vancouver.

Some plants on the balcony caught fire, which then reached the roof.

That's where the fire came in contact with propane hoses, resulting in large flames.

Fortunately, firefighers arrived on the scene and prevented tanks filled with this fuel from exploding.

At this stage, nobody appears to have been injured.

Fire investigators are investigating the cause of the blaze.
