A rezoning application has been filed for the 1303 Kingsway and 3728 Clark Drive location of the single-storey landmark.
The City of Vancouver lists the contact for the applicant as Tobias Slezak of Aquilini Development.
The site is a block west of Knight Street, where an Aquilini project, the King Edward Village, was built years ago.

According to the application, there will be commercial spaces on ground level, and the upper floors will have 53 market rental units.
A community open house will be held on May 8, 2018, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Church of Nazarene (998 East 19th Avenue).
