Homicide investigators have released more information about a murder in Surrey on the weekend.

Paul Bennett, a 47-year-old Cloverdale minor hockey coach and emergency-room nurse, was gunned down outside a home in the 18200 block of 67A Avenue around 4 p.m. on Saturday (June 23).

He was rushed to hospital but didn't survive.
