Wildfire burns above Horseshoe Bay in West Vancouver

A helicopter is dropping buckets of water on a small wildfire not far from the Horseshoe Bay ferry terminal.
The smoke clearly visible from great distances.
According to CBC News reporter Gian-Paolo Mendoza, the West Vancouver Fire Department decided let it burn overnight when it was one hectare in size.
No buildings are threatened by the blaze and there's no word on the cause.
