Richmond RCMP are seeking the public's assistance in locating a missing teenager.

Lucius Leitner, who is 14 years of age, was last seen around 11 p.m. on August 21 at a family member's residence near the intersection of Granville Avenue and Railway Avenue in Richmond.

Since his disappearance Richmond RCMP have pursued several leads to no avail.

He is described as a First Nations teen who is 173 centimetres (five-feet, eight-inches) tall with a slim build and black hair.

He was last seen wearing a blue sport tank top, a grey hoodie sweatshirt, and blue pants, and was carrying an orange bag.

He uses public transit and may be traveling by SkyTrain, and is known to frequent Vancouver and New Westminster.
