The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team has announced that a man has been charged with last year's killing of 28-year-old Nicholas Khabra in Surrey.
Brandon Nathan Teixeira, 27, is at large after being accused of first-degree murder.
He's described as a 5'10" white male weighing 161 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. He also has a snake tattoo on the left side of his chest and a sleeve tattoo on his left arm.
“Brandon Teixeira is believed to be extremely violent and poses a significant risk to public safety” IHIT Cpl. Frank Jang said in a news release. “If you see him, please do not approach him but call 911 immediately.”
Khabra was gunned down early in a targeted shooting in the 14300 block of Crescent Road on October 23, 2017. A female was also shot and survived her injuries.
