West Vancouver and Edmonton police are working together to locate a man who has not been seen since last week.

Stuart Barclay, who is 40 years old, was last witnessed leaving his Edmonton home on November 20.

According to the West Vancouver Police Department, Edmonton investigators discovered he was at a business in West Vancouver's Park Royal area on November 23.

His vehicle, a white Chevrolet Equinox with Alberta license plates, was located parked on Highway 99 between West Vancouver and Squamish on November 24, according to the Edmonton Police Service.

Barclay is described as a white male with brown hair and brown eyes; has large loop earlobe holes; and currently has a beard and a shaved head. He is about 185 centimetres (six-feet, one-inch) tall and weighs 82 kilograms (180 pounds).

His disappearance is out of character but there hasn't been any indication of foul play.

Anyone with information about Barclay or his whereabouts is asked to contact Edmonton Police Service at 780-423-4567 or Edmonton Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
