New Westminster police are seeking to locate a 42-year-old man who has been out of contact and hasn't been seen over the past month.

Carter Crispens was last seen in the 800 block of Carnarvon Street in New Westminster on December 6. His father reported him missing after not hearing from him for several weeks.

Crispens is described as a white male who is 188 centimetres (six-feet, two-inches) tall and weighs 21 kilograms (146 pounds). He has long black hair and hazel eyes.

He was last seen wearing a red winter jacket and winter pants, and was pushing a shopping cart with personal belongings in it.

According to New Westminster Police Department Sgt. Jeff Scott, he has used shelters in the past and is known to use public transportation.
