It might be the worst of times for homeless residents of the Lower Mainland.

This morning, Environment Canada issued yet another snowfall warning for Metro Vancouver, with five to 10 centimetres expected across the region.

There's also a risk of freezing rain at night.

The snow is expected to develop in the late afternoon and be particularly heaving during the early-evening rush hour.

By Friday (February 15), the precipitation is expected to come in the form of rain.
