It was a frightening situation for a seven-year-old girl and her mother—a man making lewd remarks and then allegedly touching the child's buttocks on the SkyTrain departing Commercial-Broadway Station on February 2.

He was confronted by another passenger at Lougheed Station but left the area without being apprehended by police.

Yesterday, Transit Police issued an alert and this morning, according to Sgt. Clint Hampton, the suspect has turned himself in.

More details will be provided later this morning when the force issues a news release.
