High-risk offender wanted Canada-wide for not returning to Vancouver halfway house

      Dillon Earl Gosnell, a 44-year-old high-risk offender, is wanted Canada-wide for disappearing from his Vancouver halfway house.

      He is a federal offender on statutory release who is serving a 17-year sentence related to property and violent offences.

      According to the Vancouver Police Department, he is described as a white male who is 173 centimetres (five-feet, eight-inches) tall and weighs 73 kilograms (160 pounds).

      He is bald, has a slim build, and has brown eyes. He has several tattoos, including a head on his right elbow, a skull and the Grim Reaper on his right forearm, a dragon on his left upper arm, and a teardrop on his left lower lip.

      When he was last seen at 6:30 p.m. on March 19 after signing out of his halfway house, he was wearing a black jacket with a hood, light-coloured sweatpants, and black shoes with white on the soles.

      Anyone who sees him or knows of his location is asked to call 911.
