Crews fight wildfire 17.5 kilometres northwest of Squamish

      B.C. is once again moving quickly from winter to summertime temperatures.

      And after an extremely dry March, there are a number of wildfires in the province.

      The latest, which was discovered today, is abouot 17.5 kilometres northwest of Squamish, according to the B.C. Wildfire Service.

      The blaze has grown to 3.5 hectares and is believed to have been human-caused.

      "No structures are currently threatened, but it is highly visible from Squamish, #Whistler, and #BCHwy99 (Sea-to-Sky)," the B.C. Wilfire Service tweeted this evening.

      Crews are fighting the fire with support from the air.
