Deck collapses at pre-wedding celebration in Langley; many people sent to hospital
A joyous event at a home in Langley turned into a major emergency after a deck collapsed around 5:45 p.m.
Many people have been rushed to hospital, including one person by air ambulance.
About 100 people were attending a pre-wedding celebration at the time.
Ambulances, RCMP squad cars, and fire officials rushed to the scene 26871 58th Avenue, according to Global B.C. News.
One of its reporters, Sarah MacDonald, has reported that there have been no fatalities.
