Transportation Safety Board investigates Cessna 182 accident north of Smithers

A Cessna 182 has crashed in northern B.C.
The Transportation Safety Board of Canada has sent a team investigators to the site, which is about 80 kilometres north of Smithers.
Global B.C. has reported that there were four people onboard on the plane, which has four seats.
It's being described as a "fatal" accident by the Prince George Daily News, but there's no word on the number of deaths.
No names have been released.
