In addition at that location, a Porsche Panamera and a Range Rover were seized as proceeds of crime and offence-related property.

This investigation remains ongoing as occupants of the residence are believed to have connections to organized crime. The seized gun is also being examined for possible links to other crimes.

There, officers seized suspected methamphetamine, suspected cannabis and shatter, drug-packaging paraphernalia, and several weapons, including brass knuckles, bear spray, and nunchucks.

One male was taken into custody but released on a promise to appear.

The investigation is continuing on, and the residence is alleged to be a criminal activity hub.

Around 8:20 p.m. on the same day, a Surrey RCMP officer stopped a vehicle suspected of drug trafficking in the 6300 block of Highway 91 in Delta after following it from Surrey. A search located packaged bundles of suspected fentanyl or carfentanil.

Meanwhile last week around 8 p.m. on April 29, Surrey RCMP responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle parked in the 700 block of 171 Street.
