As an investigation into the fatal shooting of an 18-year-old male in Surrey in April continues on, investigators have released footage of two suspects who they are seeking to identify.

After 5 p.m. on April 26, 18-year-old Mankaran (Austin) Grewal was fatally shot near 176th Street and Abbey Drive in Surrey.

Officers recovered a red Chrysler 300 sedan near 201st Street and 123A Avenue in Maple Ridge that was connected to the shooting. Investigators believe it is the suspect vehicle.

The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team has obtained and released surveillance footage of the two suspects associated with the vehicle.

The first suspect is a non-Caucasian male who is taller than the other suspect and has a skinny build and dark facial hair and goatee or beard, and was wearing a light-coloured hoodie.

The other suspect is a male of unknown ethnicity who has a skinny build and was the shorter of the pair. At the time, he was wearing a black hoodie with a cap and was carrying a bag on his shoulder.
