Update: Vancouver police say that Ngam Nguyen has been found and she's safe.

Vancouver police are hoping the public can help them find an 83-year-old woman with dementia.

Ngam Nguyen only speaks Vietnamese and she was last seen around 10:30 p.m. on May 20 near Boundary Road and Lougheed Highway.

She was wearing a purple jacket and beige-brimmed hat.

Nguyen is 5'0", weighs 130 pounds, and has fair skin and short grey hair.

Sometimes, she uses public transit.

Anyone who sees her is being asked to call 9-1-1 and stay with her until someone comes.
