Updated: 69-year-old man, requiring medication, last seen in Surrey has been located

      Update (June 18): Surrey RCMP announced that Stanley Peters has been located and is safe.

      Surrey RCMP are searching for a 69-year-old man who has gone missing and is in need of medication.

      Stanley Peters was last seen at 6:10 p.m. on June 15 in the 13600 block of 94A Avenue in Surrey and hasn’t been seen or heard from since that time.

      He is described as a white male who is 191 centimetres (six-foot, three-inches) and weighs about 118 kilograms (260 pounds). He has grey hair and green eyes.

      He was last seen wearing a black leather vest, a camouflage long-sleeved shirt, black sweat pants, and brown shoes. He also uses a walker and is known to frequent Surrey’s City Centre area.

      Peters suffers from a medical condition that requires medication.
