Update: The Victoria Police Department stated that Amanda Williams was located by Vancouver police on June 23.

Victoria police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a 33-year-old woman who may be in Vancouver.

Amanda Williams was last seen on May 22 and was reported missing to police on June 5.

The Victoria Police Department initially issued a news release that she was missing on June 10.

However, investigators found that she has been active since that time and police are concerned about her well-being.

Today (June 18), Victoria police renewed a call for help in finding her and investigators believe she may be in the Downtown Vancouver area.

She is described as an Indigenous woman who is 160 centimetres (five-feet, three-inches) tall and weighs 64 kilograms (140 pounds). She has a slender build, black hair, and brown eyes.

Anyone who sees Williams is asked to contact the Victoria Police Department at 250-995-7654 or your local police.
