Langley RCMP seeking to locate 43-year-old man last seen on May 6

      Langley RCMP announced today (June 24) that they are seeking to determine the whereabouts of a 43-year-old man who not been seen for over a month.

      Jason Aasen was last seen in Langley on May 6 and was reported missing on May 22.

      He has no fixed address and usually lives in a tent while traveling with a small black dog named Heidi.

      According to Langley RCMP, he may have relocated to the South Okanagan to work in fields as a berry picker.

      He is described as a white male who is 173 centimetres (five-feet, eight-inches) tall and weighs 73 kilograms (161 pounds). He has red hair and blue eyes, and has a tattoo of a lightning bolt in the corner of his right eye.

      Anyone who has information about Aasen is asked to contact Langley RCMP at 604-532-3200.
