Update: two sisters from Surrey and Delta missing a second time have been located
Update (October 8): Surrey RCMP and the Delta Police Department announced that both sisters have been once again located and are safe.
Update (October 7): Surrey RCMP announced today that although the two sisters were located on October 5, they have since gone missing again.
Nikita Joseph was last seen at 8:30 a.m. on October 7 in the 12600 block of 66th Street in Surrey. She hasn't been seen or heard from since.
She is described as a 13-year-old First Nations female who is 157 centimetres (five-feet, two-inches) tall with a slim build and long, dark hair. She was last seen wearing a grey tracksuit.
Surrey RCMP is investigating her disappearance along with the Delta Police Department (DPD) as Nikita’s younger sister, 10-year-old Shauntae Joseph, has also been reported as missing from the Delta area.
According to the DPD, she was last seen the night of October 5 at a residence in North Delta, located nearby McCloskey Elementary. She was last seen wearing a dark blue sweater with a red stripe, black biker shorts, and black and white Vans shoes
Shauntae is described as a 10-year-old First Nations female who is 157 centimetres (five-feet, two-inches) tall with a slim build and long, dark hair.
Anyone with information about the whereabouts of these youths is asked to contact Surrey RCMP at 604-599-0502 or Crime Stoppers, to remain anonymous, at 1-800-222-8477.

Police and family members are concerned about the well-being of two female youth who have gone missing.
Shauntae and Nikita Joseph were last seen at 8 a.m. on October 3 in the 6400 block of 121st Street in Surrey.
Shauntae is described as a 10-year-old First Nations female who is 157 centimetres (five-feet, two-inches) tall with a slim build and long, dark hair. She was last seen wearing a black sweater, black Kappa track pants, and black and white Vans shoes.
Nikita is described as a 13-year-old First Nations female who is 157 centimetres (five-feet, two-inches) tall with a slim build and long, dark hair. She was last seen wearing a grey Thrasher hoodie and blue jeans.
