Update: missing 63-year-old Maple Ridge man's vehicle found in Abbotsford
Update (October 17):
Ridge Meadows RCMP are now working with the Abbotsford Police Department on a missing-person case after the individual’s vehicle was located.
Today, Ridge Meadows RCMP stated that Barrie Holt, who is 63 years old, was last in contact with a friend by phone on October 6. At the time, he was believed to be in Abbotsford.
On October 11, his vehicle was found at the Bradner rest stop on Highway 1 in Abbotsford.
His vehicle is a dark green 2004 Ford Ranger pickup truck with a mismatched blue-coloured canopy (see photos below).
Anyone who has information about his whereabouts is asked to contact Ridge Meadows RCMP at 604-463-6251 or, to remain anonymous, Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.

Ridge Meadows RCMP are seeking to locate a 63-year-old man who hasn’t been seen since Sunday.
Barrie Holt was last seen in Maple Ridge on October 6. He is known to visit the Abbotsford and Chilliwack areas.
He is described as a white male who is 168 centimetres (five-feet, six-inches) tall with a slim build, long blond hair, and a grey-blond goatee.
Unfortunately, what he was last wearing remains unknown.
