Cyclist in critical condition after collision with vehicle in Surrey
An investigation is underway after a cyclist was severely injured in a collision with a vehicle in Surrey.
Around 3:55 p.m. today (October 18), Surrey RCMP received a report about a crash between a motor vehicle and a cyclist in the 10400 block of 140th Street at 104th Avenue.
The cyclist, who sustained life-threatening injuries, was taken to hospital in critical condition.
The vehicle driver remained on scene.
As the investigation remains ongoing, the southbound lane on 140th Street and westbound lane on 104th Avenue will be closed to traffic for several hours while investigators gather evidence.
