For a second time this week, New Westminster police have arrested a bank robber.

Police later identified and arrested 40-year-old Leonard Norgren without incident and he has been charged with robbery.

The day before (December 4), police arrested Dennis Stjepanovic for robbing a bank, in the 400 block of 6th Street in New Westminster, with an imitation firearm.
