Updated: missing 13-year-old male from Surrey has been located

      Update: Surrey RCMP announced today (December 12) at 10 a.m. that Stephen Donnelly has been located and is safe.

      Surrey RCMP and family are concerned about the health and well-being of a male teenager who has gone missing.

      Stephen Donnelly hasn’t been seen or heard from since he was last seen at 3 p.m. on December 10 in the 10400 block of 132nd Street in Surrey.

      He is described as a 13-year-old Indigenous male who is 168 centimetres (five-feet, six-inches) tall and weighs approximately 43 kilograms (95 pounds).

      He was last wearing a black, white, and grey jacket with jeans and blue shoes.
