Update: Surrey RCMP say missing 53-year-old man has been located and is safe

      Update: On December 24, Surrey RCMP issued a statement announcing that Dexter Cayenne has been located and he is safe.

      Police and family are concerned about and seeking to locate a 53-year-old man from Surrey who has been out of contact for several months.

      Surrey RCMP announced today (December 20) that Dexter Cayenne was last seen at 2 p.m. on October 5 in the 16300 block of 82nd Avenue in Surrey, and hasn’t been heard from since.

      Surrey RCMP describe him as a non-white male who is 179 centimetres (five-feet, 10-inches) tall and weighs approximately 86 kilograms (190 pounds). He has greying black short hair and brown eyes.
