Updated: missing 23-year-old Burnaby woman has been found
Update: Burnaby RCMP stated on January 17 that Shireena Dhillon has been located and is safe.

A search is on for a 23-year-old woman from Burnaby has not been seen for almost a week.
Shireena Dhillon was last seen at 6 p.m. on January 10 in the 3400 block of Willingdon Avenue in Burnaby. At the time, she was wearing a black toque, a light blue hoodie, dark leggings, and white shoes.
She is described as a South Asian female who is 157 centimetres (five-feet, two-inches) tall with a slim build and long black hair.

Burnaby RCMP also stated today (January 16) that they are searching for 25-year-old Jane Angelica Marie Norris, who went missing from the same block in Burnaby one day before (January 9).
Police confirmed to the Georgia Straight that is no connection between the disappearances of the two women.
