Updated: 25-year-old female reported missing from Burnaby has been located

      Update: Burnaby RCMP stated at 9:58 p.m. on January 16 that Jane Angelica Marie Norris has been located and is safe.

      Today (January 16) Burnaby RCMP reported a second missing female in her 20s.

      Jane Angelica Marie Norris was last seen at 11:30 a.m. on January 9 in the 3400 block of Willingdon Avenue in Burnaby.

      She is described as a 25-year-old white female who is 157 centimetres (five-feet, two-inches) with a slim build. She has blond hair and brown eyes.

      At the time she was last seen, she was wearing a light blue sweater, black leggings, and white shoes.

      Anyone with information that could help locate Norris is asked to contact the Burnaby RCMP at 604-646-9999. To remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or go to their website.

      Earlier today, Burnaby RCMP announced that they were searching for 23-year-old Shireena Dhillon who also was last seen in the 3400 block of Willingdon Avenue.

      Police confirmed to the Georgia Straight that is no connection between the disappearances of the two women.
