Update: missing 24-year-old male from Surrey believed to be last seen in Langley

      Update: Surrey RCMP stated today (January 24) that investigators believe that 24-year-old Morgan Kelcey was last seen in Langley.

      Consequently, Surrey RCMP is transferring the investigation to the Langley detachment.

      Anyone with information about him is asked to contact the Langley RCMP at 604-532-3200 or Crime Stoppers, to remain anonymous, at 1-800-222-8477.

      Family and police are concerned about the health and well-being of a 24-year-old male from Surrey who has gone missing and is deemed “high-risk”.

      Morgan Kelcey was last seen at 9 p.m. on January 16 in the 19300 block of 73rd Avenue in Surrey, and hasn’t been seen or heard from since.

      He is described as a white male who is 193 centimetres (six-feet, four-inches) tall and weighs 79 kilograms (175 pounds). He has brown hair and hazel eyes.

      At the time he was last seen, he was wearing a grey jacket with a fur-trimmed hood, a black toque, a white vest, and black pants.

      Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact Surrey RCMP at 604-599-0502 or Crime Stoppers, to remain anonymous, at 1-800-222-8477.
