Updated: Missing 74-year-old man last seen on February 8 in Surrey has been located

      Update: Surrey RCMP stated that Alan Burns has been located.

      Family and police are concerned about the health and well-being of a senior who has not been seen or heard from since Saturday morning.

      Surrey RCMP stated at 11:45 p.m. on February 8 that 74-year-old Alan Burns was last seen at 10:35 a.m. on February 8 in the 12800 block of 16th Avenue Surrey, and hadn’t been seen or heard from since that time.

      He is described as a white male who is 193 centimetres (six-feet, four-inches) tall and weighs 91 kilograms (200 pounds). He has white hair and blue eyes.

      At the time he was last seen, he was wearing gold-rim glasses, a navy-blue zip-up fleece, navy-blue track pants, and brown shoes.

      He drives a black 2009 Honda CRV with B.C. license plate 902TKS.

      Surrey RCMP stated that he may appear disoriented.
