Intoxicated Vancouver man, 33, arrested for physical violence and damage at Whistler business

      An intoxicated Vancouver man being physically violent inside a Whistler establishment was arrested one day before another Vancouver man was arrested for similar reasons.

      Whistler RCMP stated today (February 27) that around 7 p.m. on February 15, they received a report about an intoxicated male who was fighting and causing damage inside a business in the 2000 block of London Lane.

      Staff had managed to remove the individual from the premises and remained with him until police arrived.

      Officers arrested a 33-year-old male from Vancouver for causing a disturbance and he was taken to jail until he was sober.

      Previously, Whistler RCMP had stated that the day after (February 16), officers responded to a similar incident in the 4200 block of Mountain Square involving an intoxicated male who was verbally and physically violent inside an establishment.

      Officers arrested the 33-year-old male from Vancouver for causing a disturbance and he was kept in custody until he was sober.
