Vancouver police say that they've found the body of missing 30-year-old Natsumi Kogawa.

The Japanese ESL student was last seen in Burnaby on September 8, according to a VPD news release.

Her body was located on the property of a mansion on Davie Street near Nicola Street in Vancouver's West End.

A 48-year-old male is in custody after being arrested by RCMP in Vernon.

William Victor Schneider is charged with committing an indignity to a human body.

The VPD and RCMP are continuing to investigate Kogawa's death.
