$8.3 million Surrey mansion sets record for home with most washrooms sold in 2021

      In January this year, the Straight reported about a Metro Vancouver home for sale with the most number of washrooms.

      That was a mansion in the Panorama Ridge enclave of Surrey.

      It includes 11 full baths and four half washrooms, for a total of 15.

      At the time, the 13283 56 Avenue luxury home was on the market for $9,980,000.

      It was listed on December 14, 2020.

      The price for the 16,398-square-foot residence was later reduced by $1 million, for a final ask of $8,980,000.

      After almost a year or a total of 296 days, the home sold on October 7, 2021 for $8.3 million.

      The Surrey mansion has a 2021 assessment of $5,948,000.

      Angell, Hasman & Associates (Malcolm Hasman) Realty Ltd. served as the listing agent for the seller.
